La Xampanyeria Can Paixano, taste the Spanish flavour

Probably the most famous tavern in Barcelona, La Xampanyeria is one of the places that you shouldn’t miss while you are in town. It is the perfect place where you can descover the real Spanish traditional ambiance.

Founded in 1969, Can Paixano, or La Xampanyeria as everyone knows it, after so many years still keeps the atmosphere of a traditional sailor’s tavern. Nothing fancy, nothing fashionable, just great, tasty food, sparkling wines and friendly old bar ambiance.

It’s the perfect place to enjoy a wide variety of sandwiches and tapas as an excuse to drink the tasty rose cava. One glass of cava is 90 cents. Then food is also very cheap but extremely tasty.Order “el plato combinado” and enjoy the taste of different types of traditional sausages for less then 4 euros. Also a “must try” is the beef jamon and the salted sardines. They also serve a big variety of sandwiches at excellent prices. It is also possible to purchase bottles of cava, from the shop at the back of the bar, for only 2.60 euros.

The bar is located on Carrer de la Reina Cristina 7, in Barceloneta . It is open from Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 22:30 and Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00. The bar is very crowded all the time. There are no seats so keep in mind that you will be eating standing at the bar. The only drink that they serve is cava and they don’t serve you alcohol unless you eat something.

The Casamona team is having great time in the office and out. This week we had lunch together in a very nice place that you also should try it while you are in Barcelona. A typical Spanish restaurant which manages to embody the image of what one might expect of a traditional restaurant in Barcelona, this is Café de l’Acadèmia. It is a great place to discover the real taste of traditional Catalan food, reasonably priced. Don’t tell your friends about this place :) it is our secret!

Hidden away in the heart of the Gothic district, on Carrer Liedó, only a short walk from Plaça Sant Jaume, Café de L’Academia is a small, but elegant restaurant. They have outdoor tables with umbrellas available on the plaza and tables inside. There are also a few seats at the bar. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere and the rustic decor. The interior is just what you might expect from an old Gothic building: a low ceiling with wooden beams, stone walls, small spaces, soft lighting, wood furniture and a charming atmosphere.

The menu is small but it offers you a good variety. You can get tostidas, pasta, rice, salads, cold soups, fish and steaks. The food is good and fairly priced. Main dishes are up to 20 euros, but the restaurant also offers half portions for most of the dishes.

As a first dish some of us ordered salads, which were very good and the others, a traditional Catalan dish: mashed potatoes mixed with cabbage, a weird combination, but tasty. For the main course we had fish with asparagus and the vegetarian part of the team had pasta. We all tried the house wine. The house red wine was outstanding and definitely it is worth a try.

We enjoyed our lunch together, the food was good and the staff were polite and efficient and they spoke English. We all liked the atmosphere and cosiness of the restaurant. If you want to dine in a traditional Catalan style and to get good food at reasonable prices, Café de L’Academia has for you a lunch menu for ONLY 15 euros, including wine and 3 courses.

Teresa Carles (which is also the name of the restaurant) and her food lovers family will be glad to open the door of their restaurant to you! Located not far from Plaza Catalunya, the quiet ambiance of that gastronomy restaurant is perfect for a family gathering (or even a professional gathering), or just for a nice time between friends!

The restaurant has an amazing carte, either with or without meat, even though the speciality of the house is the large variety of food they suggest for vegetarian people. The mother of the restaurant -- and of the family --, Teresa, has already more than 300 recipees boiling in her head when she opens her first restaurant in Lleida. Then her daughter strongly encourages her to spread the business and here is how starts the story of Teresa Carles in Barcelona, since 1979.

You don't necessarily have to be a vegetarian to have lunch or a breakfast there, but still the basic idea of the restaurant would be a spokesperson for those who can't eat meat, or sometimes even rarer things such as glutten. The menu offers typical association of food such has melon with cheese or pasta, but also more uncommon mix like the carrot and kiwi cocktail, and this is without forgetting the traditional Tiramisu and Coulant of the house.

A gastronomy occasion not to be missed out! And a perfect tasting and chatting time in a place where everyone will find his fetish dish!

Are you looking for a nice place where to spend quality time with your family and friends? Do you want to have a good lunch or dinner but not to spend too much? I have found the perfect place for you, Les Quinze Nits restaurant. I have found it when I was walking through Barcelona during my lunch break in order to find a nice place to have a fast lunch, before I have to get back to work.

Walking on the small streats of Gotic district I had just remembered that I saw, many times, a restaurant that always had a queue in front,while the others from the square had empty tables. I said that it is time to see what is all about this restaurant, what does it have to offer and why so many people are waiting patiently to be seated? So, let’s find the story of the queue.

When I arrived at La Plaça Reial, right off La Rambla, there were more then 30 people waiting to be seated and many others were already at the tables from the terrace and from inside. Fortunately, the queue moved pretty fast, so I was invited upstairs and I got a table by the window, with a very nice view over La Plaça Reial.

While I was waiting for my server I have noticed that the interiour is very spacious, looks spotless and gets a lot of natural light through the big arched windows. The combination of modern and classic details creats a cosy and nice decor. The hardwood floors and 19th century dressers contrast with the modern chairs covered in red and white leather, but all together with the impeccable white tablecloths create a stylish ambience. Also the red lamps offer a romantic and intimate atmosphere.

The mediterranean menu is diversified and affordable.. The dishes have pretty big sizes and good taste. For only 10 euros you can choose from The Menu of the Day two different courses, a dessert and as well as a quarter litre of wine or beer or a soft drink. In the Main Menu there is a large variety of courses like pasta, salads, fish, beef, lamb or pork steaks, paella, home made ice cream, crema catalana and fresh fruits. The most expensive dish from the menu is roasted lamb with rosemary potatoes for only 11,62 euros. You also can choose from a large variety of wines at very good prices and for only 8,95 euros you can get one litre of sangria. Cheap and good food for all tastes.

The service is good, but it takes a little bit longer then I was willing to wait during my lunch break. So if you are looking for a fast meal in your lunch break or if you are anxious to go back on the beach this is not the perfect place for you. Instead, Les Quinze Nits is great for those of you that are not in a hurry, those that want to enjoy a nice talk with friends or spend quality time together durring a family dinner. The combination of great location, nice ambiance and great prices are unbeatable and makes Les Quinze Nits a favourite for many tourists. It servs lunch from 1:00pm to 3:45pm and dinner from 8:30pm to 11:30, so get there early and be prepared for the wait.

Have you ever walked on the beach and passed Rebecca Horn’s monument or Frank Gehry’s sculpture? No? Never? Are you sure?

And what if I’m saying that you do just you don’t know about them.May I show You them?

See, as I said,you have passed them at least hundred times without noticing them.

But who are the artists?

Let’s start with Rebecca Horn, since the beginning of the 1970s she has been making performances, films, sculptures, spatial installations, drawings and photographs. “The essence of their imagery comes out of the tremendous precision of the physical and technical functionality she uses to stage her works each time within a particular space.” If I had to give her a “calling-word” it would be one of her first performances, The Feathered Prison Fan ( 1978).

Frank Owen Gehry is one of the most important and famous contemporary architects. The Guggeinheim Museum in Bilbao or the Dancing House in Prague, does it ring a bell?
His style is called Deconstructivism or also post- structuralism (when the form of the building does not follow the function). In some works of him he is associated with the “Los Angeles School” and the “Santa Monica School”.
He is inspired by fish….. NO, really, I’m not joking! He explains why: "Three hundred million years before man was fish....if you gotta go back, and you're insecure about going forward...go back three hundred million years ago. Why are you stopping at the Greeks? So I started drawing fish in my sketchbook, and then I started to realize that there was something in it."

So next time, when you are just about to pass them by, please storp for a moment and admire them!

Harry Potter - An Era Ends Today

Today all over the world Harry Potter fans are waiting to watch the last and final fight of the most famous wizzard in the world. There's no doubt, during the years Harry has become part of our lives. Honestly, I can barely remember the time when I wasn't waiting for a new episode, either the book or the movie. I can still picture the first time when I held the first part in my hands. Of course, it was in England and I was only 14. My sister was on a training there and suggested me to read it if my host family had one . Obviously, they had.

During the years it became a tradition that in Hungary the translation came out around Christmas, so I always knew exactly what I would read during the Christmas holiday. Actually, I couldn’t wait until December with the last 3 books and I read them in English. The Main Library in my home town bought them in several languages, but no one read it in English or Spanish except for me and my sister…
Time was passing by, there was no Christmas to wait with a new episode, but something still remained: the new movie episode. When they were on in the cinema, I was certain that it was summer. I had already finished my exams so I didn’t have to feel guilty just because I was going to watch them.
And now I have finished university, and the series have come to an end too.
So from this time there's no more camping-youth-festival in Trafalgar Square with fans waiting for the new movie episode like in previous years - but to be frank, I would never try it again anyway; I think I’m too old now and also a bit sceptic. If I were in London now, I’d rather go and look for a nice flat to stay, just like this one, but it’s just my opinion.

All in all, thank you Harry to be a part of my childhood and my teenage years, I’ll never forget you and promise that during the Xmas holidays I’ll always read the books all over again, and during the summers me and me friends will have non-stop Harry Potter movie maratons.

Daily life: El Mercat de la Boqueria de Barcelona

Barcelona is a really nice city to drink sangria, eat fish and seafood in a small restaurant close to the beach or even to enjoy some tapas in some nice place. However, you will probably want to have something healthy and to take some nice pictures of a typical spanish market.

Close to Las Ramblas, El Mercat de la Boqueria is a local market where you will find everything you need. There are four main categories: meat, fruits & seafood & cheese.

This results in a wonderful picture full of colours. You will have the opportunity to buy everything you need to make a nice (standard or fruit) salad, to taste a Jamon Iberico, etc.

As you can see, everything is done so that the clients will feel that they are living a fairy tale. In fact it is actually a healthy version of Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory.

Sellers are also very nice, they really want to give you the best. You can ask them some advice such a ways of cooking veggetables, they will tell you more about the local producers, about how spanish cheeses are made, etc. They are very sympathetic.

Besides, the architecture is worth to visit the place. All around the market, you will meet with roman style columns.

Eating like Casamona

Eating. It’s always a problem, doesn’t really matter that you’re alone or in a group. It’s always hard to agree on where to go, what to eat.

Last time when we went out with my colleagues for our lunch break (which takes an hour) after an hour long journey, we ended up at the half-fast-food-restaurant near to the beach and we were ordering a slice of pizza (to be frank we did know that we wanted to eat, just didn’t know where, and the price was also important…).

Otherwise I’m not so picky. Yes, I’m a girl, and I’m vegetarian, so you would think it makes things much more harder but no, it’s not true (to put it to the test, I have to confess that since I arrived in Barcelona, I have gained 6 extra kilos…oops! Maybe I should start exercising???). My only need is to eat something fresh in a nice atmosphere and after it don’t smell like a restaurant itself. Is it too much? I don’t think so.

Then I started to ask my colleagues where I should go to eat if I want something fresh and not so expensive. It turned out the entire team have his/her favourite. For example;

Casper recommended a pizzeria near to the Colom Statue (yes, next time when we want to eat pizza we definitely should go there),

Latifat was into a tapas bar and Sofia a Japanese restaurant with a free buffet. Such a varied mix, isn’t it?!

Therefore I decided I’ll try all of them while I’m here and I’ll publish my experiences on our website under the button Casamona’s recommended/ Restaurants. Why not? My opinion helps someone to choose.

What do buyers consider to be the best areas when buying property in Barcelona? What do people like best?
It depends on the season actually. I found that during the winter period, the most attractive area is Ciutat Vella, notably the Gotico and El Born. People like this area when they are looking for authenticity, something very Catalan, small streets, and areas with originality. These are the areas where you find a vibrant city life.
In the spring time, as it is now, people figure out that the biggest advantage of living in Barcelona is having the sea so close. All of a sudden, I am receiving much more interest for coastal areas, by the beach. That would be Barceloneta, Vila Olimpica and Poble Nou. Poble Nou is an area that is not really famous yet, but actually people that know a little bit more about Barcelona and have lived here for long time, recognize it for its value. Some areas can be slightly more expensive, but it is very calm, it has a very nice village type of life, notably areas like Plaza Prim, Carrer de Maria Aguilo and the Rambla de Poble Nou. It is still very near to the beach, and quite a nice neighborhood.

Do you have many customers that are already familiar with Barcelona or are they mainly new-comers?
No, generally, people that are looking to buy a property do already know a bit about Barcelona. This is their biggest investment and they do not want to do it in a city they do not know yet. Or if they are not familiar with the city yet, they get to know it first and then decide on what to purchase.

Are there many clients interested in big investments in property at the moment?
Yes, I’ve got a lot of clients interested, things are quite dynamic. The market is sort of picking up again. At least, in the sense that people are interested in buying, people know that the prices are low, and they know that is the best time to invest. Prices can go only up from now on. So, financially speaking it is a good time. A lot of people are trying to make the most out of it.

What is the price range clients are looking for? It depends on area, size…what more?
It depends mostly on the client. Casamona works with stylish, above-average level properties and also its clients are people who can afford this. I get requests for flats that can range up to 600.000 euros. The very, very nice flats are for around 400.000 -500.000 euros. And I am always getting requests for around 200.000, modern style apartments. But in this case, they are not situated in the areas I just described like El Born or Vila Olimpica, just because this amount is generally too low for these areas.

What about the situation for houses?
We have less houses than flats. We do have some amazing properties inSitges, above Tibidabo, Valldoreix, Vallvidrera, Pedrables and El Masnou.

So, people prefer to invest in a flat when they buy a property in Barcelona?
Barcelona is known for its nice flats and if a client wants a house he has to go out in the outskirts of Barcelona.

What do clients buy a property for – as primary residences or secondary homes?
We have a lot of diversity in terms of what clients are looking for. A big classic is a secondary home. Clients want to have a pied-à-terre in Barcelona, which means they live in Switzerland, in Denmark, in Holland and when they come back here, they want to have their own place in Barcelona. Just for the summer, for holidays, or to come here once in a while. This is the most frequent reason for a purchase from foreign buyers.
Another reason is buying for investment purposes. Buying a flat that a client considers to be relatively cheap in price, refurbish it and put it up for rent.
The third option is actually people moving to Barcelona for long period, people looking for their primary home. Then it is more complicated, because the choice will have greater impact for the client’s life. In such cases, buyers want to make sure that it is all perfect. When it is for a holiday house, people want it to be nice and comfortable; they do not pay that much attention to the area’s conveniences as school, hospital, etc. In such a case the process of finding is much easier and faster.

Do clients look for furnished or non-furnished flats?
This is not really applicable in sales. It is almost an insignificant detail. They discuss it in the last moment. Generally, people do not need it furnished. When buying flat or house, they want to decorate it their own way. Most owners are willing to sell the furniture if the buyers like it.

Why move to Barcelona? Why have a flat or house here?
There are million and one reasons I can think of. I think that it is one of the most attractive European cities to live in because of its climate, because of its people, because of its life. Also, in terms of culture, in terms of food, in terms of night life. Anything you could possibly be looking for in a city, Barcelona has it. The city is situated between the sea and the mountain and any activities related to sea and mountain could be done here. Obviously, the weather is a key determinant.

We have many clients from the North Europe? Is it all because of the sun?
Yes, they come here because of the sun, the fantastic life-style mainly.

Who are the Casamona customers for sales?
As you said, many Northern Europeans- Scandinavians, French, Dutch, British, Italians and some Americans. We also have a few Catalan clients.

How would you describe Casamona’s clients?
Ambitious, looking for the best possible place. And I would also say enchanted, in the way that they want to find something really nice, that reflects their mood when they are here. And poetic- some of them are just looking for something that will inspire them on daily basis- just having beautiful house, beautiful flat and beautiful environment. Our clients are also realistic, when spending a lot of money, they know what they want out of it.

Who is looking to buy an apartment in Barcelona? Singles or families?
More often the clients are couples and families as it is easier for them financially speaking. And the long-term commitment of buying a property seems to be more attractive for couples and families.

Not all. There are some experienced buyers that know how the process works, all the legislations, all the paper work, and legal procedure. During these last two weeks, we had to say goodbye to Camille and Timo and Turgay, who left, leaving an empty space. Camille was in rentals and sales, she knew all the owners and was appreciated by all of them (and all of us). In an incomparable softness, she spoke French, English and Spanish very well. After 6 months in Casamona,it is not the same without her. We also had to say goodbye to Carole, who left us earlier for personal reasons.

Timo and Turgay, who are basically one person, arrived together from Netherlands and left together. After they came and revised the whole Casamona operation, they became essential to the company, so much so that we miss them very much already. They were in charge of software and computer configuration, while bringing joy and good humor.

Amelia had a very good sale, so we had a very good reason to go for a very good lunch. We al went to Hotel 19, located at Plaza Catalunya. There is a beautiful terrace at the back of the hotel. On that terrace you are away from all the noise at Plaza Catalunya.

We got a full 3-course lunch served and the food was amazing!! The lunch is a good way to speak to each other in a relaxing way, out of the office. As the housing market cools, it's more important than ever to pull out all the stops...six tricks of the pros for getting top dollar.

NEW YORK (FORTUNE) - There are several surefire ways to boost the value of your home (a Viking stove and an inground pool certainly never hurt).

But for sellers, there's only one way to maximize your investment that can A) be done in just a few days, B) can cost less than a plane ticket, and C) won't involve copious amounts of dust and contractor bills.

It's called staging -- that is, spiffing up your home in a number of small ways -- and it's getting more and more popular as the housing market cools and sellers try and set their homes apart.

"The way you live in your home and the way you market a house are two different things," says Barb Schwarz, the CEO and founder of StagedHomes.com, who has personally staged more than 5,000 homes over the past 33 years. "You have to think of your home as a product."

A home that Schwarz recently staged in Seattle had been on the market for nine months at an asking price of $1.4 million. Three weeks after investing $8,000 in staging services (the average cost of staging is $3,200), the sellers received an offer for $1.9 million -- $500,000 more than the asking price.

Staged homes also sell faster, according to Schwarz -- an average of seven days compared to 45 days for unstaged homes.

Here are six tricks from staging pros that will give you the home-court advantage:

Get On Your Hands and Knees
OK, so cleaning up sounds like a given, but this goes way beyond a vacuum cleaner and a dust rag. To get your home in shape for sale, you need to scrub around the faucets and the light switches. Banish the dustballs hanging around the baseboards and the cobwebs in the skylights. Powerwash the house and the driveway and keep the sidewalk swept clean.

"You would detail your car if you were going to sell it," says Schwarz. "You should detail your house too."

Follow the Basketball Rule
It's no secret that America is a nation of consumers. And all of that stuff we buy is strewn about our homes.

In the living room of one luxurious home that Schwarz staged, she unearthed a grand piano beneath mounds of clutter -- something she did not notice when she first visited. So while you might like being surrounded by your collection of trophy fish or glass figurines, these items can be a real turnoff to a potential buyer.

Here's a rule of thumb: Remove all items that are smaller than the size of a basketball. Pack up at least half of your books. And stash the photographs of you and the kids on your Hawaiian vacation.

You want the buyer to be able to envision himself in your home -- not you.

Color Your Walls Martha
Yes, of course your bright red dining room and purple living room are exquisite and fit your style to a tee. But the truth is that a prospective buyer is unlikely to appreciate your extraordinary taste and doesn't want to have to paint everything down after closing on the house.

Cover your walls in neutral, complementary hues -- Schwarz says Martha Stewart's line is your best bet. They make rooms look expansive.

Cast a Cold Eye
Stand at the doorway of each room and take in the impression it gives. Are there too many accessories on the wall? Too many area rugs? Do the plants look overgrown? Is the furniture clustered on one side of the room?

"Most master bedrooms have too much," says Schwarz. "They tend to look like furniture stores."

In the dining room, remove extra leaves and chairs. In other rooms, take at least half of everything out and see how it looks. Then reintroduce items into the room sparingly. Be sure to visit your garage, basement, and attic for inspiration. Schwarz recently transformed a humdrum child's bedroom into a nautical paradise using items she found in the owners' garage. An old fishing pole found new life as a curtain rod, a net became a headboard, and a fishing boot served as the base for a lamp.

The buyers for this $1.5 million house were so taken with the handiwork that they stipulated in the contract that the contents of this child's room were to stay with the house. So go ahead and show some flair, but leave any dramatic artwork -- especially nudes -- out.

Set the Scene
If you're expecting an agent to stop by with a potential buyer, there are several last-minute touches you need to do before leaving the house. Empty the wastebaskets, put the toilet lids down ("I can't tell you how many people in million dollar homes leave their seats up," says Schwarz.), hide your laundry and grooming items, and place baskets of new, color coordinated hand towels in the bathroom. Always leave some lights on.

And have soft jazz or easy listening music playing. It will put people in a buying mood.

Spanish first time buyers have to part with 86pc of income

Thanks to high property prices and miserable salaries, buying a home has been prohibitively expensive for Spanish first time buyers for the best part of the last decade. Now that the Spanish property boom has turned to bust, and house prices are coming down, you would think that buying a home is becoming a lot more affordable for first time buyers.

Well, you’d be wrong. Housing affordability has improved a bit, but buyers in the 18 to 34 age group still have to spend on average 86% of their annual income to finance the purchase of a home, according to the Observatorio Joven de Vivienda, a body that monitors housing accessibility for young people. Lower interest rates and property prices have only improved affordability for young people by 2% since the last quarter of 2008.

So, even taking into account the small improvement in affordability, young people living in Spain still need to earn triple the average salary for their age group if they are to afford a home without taking on an unreasonable level of debt, says the Observatorio Joven de Vivienda.

Foreigners buying holiday homes in Spain

There was an article yesterday in the local papers discussing the latest figures from the Ministry of Housing for foreigners buying property in Spain. I wrote about these figures the day before, noting that just 484 holiday homes were sold to foreign buyers in the first quarter of the year. But this article says that 5,036 were sold. Why the difference?

I’ll explain, but first let’s have a look at the data from the Ministry of Housing. The following table compares sales to foreigners in the first quarter of 2008 with the first quarter of 2009. Under the heading ‘Resident in Spain’ are purchases by foreigners officially resident in Spain. Under the heading ‘Non-resident in Spain’ are purchases by foreigners living elsewhere.

To my mind, foreigners living elsewhere (484) are buying holiday homes, whilst foreigns living in Spain (5,036) are most likely buying main homes, not holiday homes. That explains the difference.

Furthermore, I assume that a big chunk of foreign residents buy homes are actually economic migrants, not Britons and other Europeans relocating or retiring to Spain for the better quality of life.

That said, I do accept that some or many of those 5,036 resident foreign buyers will be Britons and other Europeans buying property in Spain.

Property market shrinks 34pc in first quarter, just 484 holiday homes sold

Measured by transactions, the Spanish property market shrank 34% in the first 3 months of this year, according to the Ministry of Housing. There were just 104,703 residential property sales between January and March this year, compared to 159,088 in the same period last year. A pitiful number of just 484 holiday homes were sold to non-residents.

Sales have been declining fairly steadily since the beginning of 2007, and the latest figures show there is no sign yet of the market bottoming out.

The Ministry of Housing broke the news by comparing last quarter’s sales to the previous quarter, which makes the news sound less grim. Compared to the last quarter of 2008, the latest sales are a drop of ‘only’ 16.5%.

The Ministry of Housing also points out that, over the 12 months to the end of March, there were 510,079 transactions, a drop of 33.3% compared to the previous 12 months.

As is clear from the table below, home sales in the latest quarter were the lowest since the Ministry of Housing started compiling this data. Compared to the 1st quarter of 2006, when 233,669 residential properties changed hands, sales in the latest quarter were down a thumping 55%.

Breaking down the figures into new build and resales, there were 58,993 newly built properties sold in the quarter, compared to 45,710 resales. Once again, new builds sold in greater numbers than resales, as they have done every quarter since the 2nd quarter of 2007. Prior to that, resales had always been in the majority.

Spain’s out of control building boom in the middle of the decade explains why new build sales started to outnumber resales. Now the boom is well and truly over we can expect sales of new builds to fall below resales, restoring the natural order. Quarter to quarter, new build sales fell 21.3% in the first quarter, compared to 9.4% for resales.

This trend will continue, and by the end of the year new build sales will be significantly below resales.

Regional results

38% of all sales took place in just 6 provinces: Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia, Málaga and Murcia.

Over 12 months to the end of March sales fell by the following percentages in the autonomous regions:

Balearics, -43,6%; Catalonia, -42,2%; Canaries, -39,0%; Valencian Community, -37,5%; Castilla y León, -35,4%, Andalucía, -33,7%. Castilla-La Mancha, -32,3%; Asturias, -31,3%; Cantabria, -29,4%; Aragón, -29,2%; Madrid, -28,5%; Galicia -27,5%; Murcia, -27,4%; La Rioja, -26,1%; Basque Country, -21,8%; Extremadura, -13,9%, and Navarra, -8,0%.
